We currently offer competition classes for both Pom Dance and Allstar Cheerleading.  Competition classes are only opened to those invited into the competition teams.  Invite's will be given to everyone demonstrating good ability. 

We offer competition classes to everyone aged 4+ years.  The class you attend will go by your age on the 31st of August 2010.

Pom Dance

At our pom dance classes we train in all differnet aspects of dance including many different jazz elements such as pirouettes, and leaps .  Pom Dance involves motions, formation changes, splits, jumps, kicks and many different visual effects created using pom poms.

Allstar Cheerleading

Our Cheer classes are where we train in stunts and tumbling.  We always insist on training from the most basic of skills up to the more harder stunts, dismounts, basket tosses and tumbles.  Our Cheer classes also involve work on motion technique, jumps and traditional cheer dance as these are all elements included in our routines.  Please note that all members of our competing cheer teams will be required to attend our tumble class.
